Janet Brooks

Hello, my name is Jan Brooks, and I am excited to join the Carpe Diem Southlake family. My career in education began as a Kindergarten teacher over 25 years ago. My passion is partnering with staff and families to create a strong community. After spending several years in the classroom, I was given the opportunity to move into administration at a private Pre-K -12th-grade college prep school. I was the Assistant Head of School at Fulton in Rockwall, Texas for 9 years. During my time at Fulton, I was over the preschool and elementary programs. In 2014 I had the opportunity to work for Montessori Unlimited where I spent 2014-2020 in Corinth, Texas helping grow enrollment, which was very successful. In 2020 I was asked to transfer and help one of our schools in Atascocita, Texas, and I have recently moved back to the DFW area to be closer to family.

I look forward to being part of the Endeavor family and guiding Carpe Diem Southlake into a positive future.
